For a century we've known the T-Rex as the King of Dinosaurs...the largest meat-eater to ever walk the Earth. But two new dinosaur discoveries may change that forever. Beyond T-Rex goes from Morocco to Patagonia to unearth Gigantosaurus and Carcharadontosaurus, two newly found meat-eating giants that threaten to de-throne the tyrant lizard king. Their fossils raise many questions about the lifestyle, behaviour and evolution of the giant killer dinosaurs.
We visit the excavation sites and re-create their world using state-of-the-art animation. By comparing the subtle differences in anatomy of these fearsome creatures, we contemplate which giant really was the King of Dinosaurs. |
